2007 CABERNET SAUVIGNON - Presenting the classic aromas of black currant and plum jam, there are also notes of cedar and cigar box in this beautiful Cabernet. The flavors of oak enhance the softly-structured body and finish. Think smooth velvet. This is a supple wine that pairs well with any dish from hearty meats to chicken and fish. After fermentation, this wine was aged 18 months in oak barrels. Alcohol content 14.2%

2008 CABERNET SAUVIGNON - A virtuoso of wines--this wine won a Gold Medal at the 2011 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition! Smooth and elegant, dense and rich with intense black currant, black olive, vanilla and cloves. The wine is full, round and lengthy in the finish. 2008 PETITE SIRAH- Hints of roses, cardamom, white pepper and plum jam, this wine is well structured and full on the palate- a perfect complement to red meats, sausage, or pasta dishes. This is the favorite red wine in our tasting room. Alcohol content 15.5% Price $30
2008 MERLOT- The name Merlot is thought to derive from the Old French word for blackbird, most likely due to the dark color of the merlot grape. This wine has medium body, with hints of berries, plum and cherry. It's smoothness on the palate will have you asking for more. Pair this wine with beef dishes, pasta with red sauce, or a dark blue cheese. It's also an excellent compliment to chocolate. Alcohol content 15.1% Price $27
2008 TEMPRANILLO- Tempranillo grapes are Spain's most famous varietal, and yields a vibrant, aromatic, dark red and robust wine. Made from grapes grown on the East side of Paso Robles, this wine exhibits the spicy, fruity characteristics of it's Spanish heritage well. Enjoy this wine with grilled food, especially steak and hearty meats. Alcohol content 14.2 %. Price $26

2010 "STOWAWAY" CAPTAIN'S RESERVE DESSERT WINE - A Bronze Medal winner at the 2011 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition, this luscious wine is made from 62.5% Syrah, 25% Souzao, and 12.5% Touriga Nacional grapes and fortified with brandy. At 18.8 % alcohol, it yields a rich, full-bodied experience with hints of cherry and chocolate. Enjoy this wine with your favorite cheddar cheese or chocolate. This dessert wine has become one of the favorites in our tasting room and makes a great gift. Price $30

WHITE WINES
2010 VERMENTINO - This wine won a Silver Medal at the 2011 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition. It is an amazingly fruity/floral wine widely planted in Sardinia and Corsica. The pear, jasmine, melon, and lemon zest leap from the glass. The structure is soft and medium bodied. The grapes were hand harvested, and the juice was cold fermented to bring out the intensity of this fantastic grape variety. Made with a goal of preserving the pure fruit, oak barrels were not used. It was bottled early, using screw tops to capture and preserve the incredible character and concentration. A very food-friendly wine, chill and drink with grilled white fish or calamari, pasta with shellfish, or steamed mussels. It is delicious when paired with sushi or Asian food. This will become your favorite white wine. Alcohol content 13.1% Price $20
2010 CHARDONNAY- Chardonnay is the world's most popular white wine grape. Enjoy the merits of this fine wine--a fragrant nose, followed by hints of pineapple and peaches, and an everlasting finish.
